SENTINEL 650 is a long-endurance UAV project for vineyard surveillance, developed as a real commercial use-case with stakeholder operational feedback. The project applies formal INCOSE Systems Engineering processes - requirements through verification - with full traceability across 17 controlled artifacts.

Mission: Long-endurance operation optimized for mixed hover/cruise profile. Performance model under validation with empirical flight test data (Sprint 3 - Integration & Verification in progress).

This project demonstrates professional SE methodology for Systems Engineering, Technical Program Management, and UAS engineering roles while supporting INCOSE ASEP certification.
